This may sound funny to a lot of people, but who actually said there was going to be a GTA 5 

Seriously though, I think it could be within the UK, although in all honesty, I am beginning to think more that it will be in the USA....suppose we will just have to wait and see really

Time for some conspiracy theory... Today while instaling new GTA i was studing everythin that is inside box (pic.1). I found somethin on page 21. And here is question, it is simple add... or it is hiden "easter egg" (pic.2.)

Actually if you Play GTA IV. with niko bellic in a mission intro, there's a plane ticket that said "State San Andreas" so maybe niko bellic flies to SA? or maybe one of the main characters like paki, or whatever his name is came from SA?
and "Seagull" in SA singleplayer there is a mission in San Fierro where you have to save Mike Toreno, he is kidnapped by the drug dealers in a van and they take him to San Fierro's airport, there's one part where T-Bone says.
"hey mike says he can hear SEAGULLS!" and then CJ says "shyt it can be anywhere in this town!" then T-bone says again " head to Eastern baysin!" so maybe it's taking place in San Fierro also known as San Francisco,
maybe they will make SF SUPER BIG!! and it will take place there?
i have many conspiracies, too many to type down.

For some odd reason that image on the brochure "Seagull" looks like the Opera house in Sydney, Australia.

Considering the name "Seagull" as a bird, and are often found in coastal cities, Sydney (or something similar) to it would be my bet.

Unless it's a remake of Vice City.
