Alright, you must have a wedsite where you can upload images on from your computer.
To take a screen, press F8, go to the file where your SA:MP and GTA SA info is stored in, open it and search through the list of screenshots made.
I'll give you a website that I use. PhotoBucket (sorry for this link, please don't see it as advertising) Make an account, go to ''My Home'' Click on the big blue button that says ''Upload Images and Videos'' Search for the File where your SA:MP and GTA SA info is stored and search for the selected screenshot, click on ''Open'' and then wait until it is uploaded, you can see 4 bars with links inside of them.

Copy the IMG Code, go to a forum page, click on Reply and simply paste the IMG Code in the typing area.
