Brief Story

   Dear Judge(s), at 12:00 O'clock (23:38 Server Time, can also be used to check logs) ,an accident occured at Cherry Poppers, Little Havana. The accident, however, wasn't the cause of the death of the driver, but the failure of the police department and the medical services. The surveilance tapes were recovered from the business, being the story told bellow.

The Story told by a Surveillance Tape

   The driver of the car was my father, who was suddenly hit by a police car with sirens, comming from the wrong side of the road. The officer exited the car and shot, making the driver scared. Since he was scared, he tried turning the steering wheel and stepping on the gas, but crashed into the advert post. The first collision also contributted to the accident, since the front wheels were severely damaged.     
   The accident place and car position are shown in evidence [1].   


   He was innocent (didnt commit a crime/wasn't on wanted list).



   After the crash, a witness called the police many times, but they only came lots of minutes later. Many police cars were passing by but no one stopped.


   After around 20 minutes, 2 policemen arrived in a Police Vehicle (Possibly a Cheetah with a siren). They were talking and didn't do anything, untill one of them opened the door, making the driver's head hit the ground and bleed. [2] The hospital was at the other side of the street, but they decided to wait for a doctor, instead of helping or even doing first aid. Another officer arrived, which was injuried but not from the accident, and was conversating with them.  [3]


   10 to 15 Minutes later, an ambulance arrived. The driver hits the Injuried officer, probably killing him (Unknown Health Status).
   The blood from both persons can also be seen on the ground. [4]  More talking instead of helping. [5]

   Note to [4] : If you cant see the box, it says: Instead of blood it should have been ground.

   Only after five minutes the medic decided to help, but even a person with no knowledge in medicine could have seen that the injury was so bad that the man couldn't walk (He was also incouncious) and the hospital was so close that the person could be carried to the facility. [6]

Demands

   Public Apollogies
   Money for the death caused by Police officers and Medic (Recommends atleast 10.000$, but other ammount can be set by courthouse)
   Money to cover the funeral expenses (Atleast 1.000$)
   Punishment of Staff Involved

Punishment of Staff Involved

No punishiments can be set from the Courthouse's side, the Court is not allowed to set punishiments to the VCPD Staff, this'd be a internal decision. Also, there is not an Official Medical Service running in Vice, meaning Lizard was also just a part-time medic. He cannot be punished either.
