The best, and easiest way is to make a topic:
Title: Requesting A New Forum Name
Text: Admins, can you change my forum name from iZero to ... ? Thanks.

You're name should hereby be changed after 1-2 days, or maybe even after a couple of hours

That's the WORST way, just increase more useless topics, best way is to forum PM a community leader or higher who have the ability to change it... remember it's not that horrible that your forum name isn't changed.
