I can remember when something like that was going around about 4 years ago. I accepted it and so did basically everyone that had MSN and there was no way to stop the application from running. You could only end the processes in the task manager and when you deleted the files... They reappeared :eek:.

How did u knew that was a virus? Becuz the Uncompressed Zipped Folder?

You can tell because of the formal text used and not many people put an album in a zip folder. I don't accept anything from people that I'm not having a conversation with.

BTW Photo albums arnt called photo albums.. unless they have 10 or more photos.. and thats 53 Kbs.... even as JPegs they cant make that size

people sent me one which simply said "is this you www.myphotosonline.com/lioncvet and i dont know how it got my name :S but i said hmm is this a virus and then the guy said no dont open it it automatically sends(he was obviously infected). I did get tricked into that once ages back and it was so frustrating i couldnt even delete it. It just kept coming back until i closed it on task manager but it reappeared every other time i started my PC :conf:

Well a friend of mine at MSN (It was Shadow Punk at a forum but hes Fred :P) one time he got infected. Everytime that me/he started a conversation, it happeared a STRANGE message with a link (virus) He said to dont click. I dint clicked of course. Becuz he used some words that U know... :P And that was >>PERFECT<< writing. So i stranged and dint clicked. He dint typed that hisself, someone sent him that infected by virus and he clicked and got virus. BTW In Kaillera (a program to play Project 64 online multiplayer) A guy was infected too. I kept saying "He is infected with virus" But the guys there are (censored...) then i kept saying that he was infected with a "auto-virus". I knew that he was becuz Fred was too.
