i was in same position a while ago..went to court got 5 year probation and a $1200 fine you will either get probation and fine or community service or some shit like that you wont go to jail..you might do a few weeks in juvi thats about it man chill..

Damn stof was right 3 years probation and a $1,000 fine.. Damn am i happy. Thanks for all the support guys im going to try to stop smoking again.. hopefully i can stay sober for more then 3 days this time. Thanks again everyone <3

Good luck, drugs are nasty, don't use them. If you get jailed, you might want to bring soap on rope lol so if you drop it you can use rope to pick it up  :lol:
