Is this a nice and cheap laptop/notebook?

That laptop/notebook. The (lowest)classification is 3.3 for Graphic View in games.
The graphics card is an Intel Celeron Dual-Core CPU   T3000 @ 1.79 GHz | 1.80 GHz
NOTE: I bought this laptop about 3 months ago, but I still wants to know if its my graphicscard what makes me lagg, or the RAM Gigabyte.
The price was 500 euros (In dollars: $682,23)

Your Celeron is the CPU. Not the GPU.

The Celeron processor is probably the worst on this device. To see your graphics card, go to run, type dxdiag and click video, it will show your GPU specs.
