SAMP Crash When Minimize

Ok, So... This is a problem that has recently arrised. Whenever I minimize to my desktop it crashes, but... know how when you click something on the menu.. how is makes that little dink noise. It does that about 10 times rapidly fast then I get this.

I've also noticed.. when I pause (Esc) it takes a little longer and its a black screen before the menu shows up.
I have also done a COMPLETE reinstall of everything GTA related, and still nothing worked.




Im running window 7 Ultimate with SAMP and GTA:SA.exe in compatibility for Windows 98. I don't see how my OS and compatibility would help since it worked fine before.

Try Adjusting your Screen size to your desktops screen size. For example i run all my programs and my desktop in
1280x1024. This could just simply be a small issue, if this does not work please respond

My Desktop and game are both at 1680x1050, Also... it crashes at random times as well. Like just now... I /exit from LSPD then got on my bike and crashed. Also, When I open up pause menu once it loads slow and flashes to my desktop a couple times, but after that it's fine and I can also minimize, but if I don't open pause menu first and minimize it crashes.
