Removal of Rank

After a discussion with CEO McCall, we've decided to remove the "teacher" rank for sometime to see how it works. If it works smooth and well, it'll be removed permanently. With this, we've decided to change the application format to a better one. Since as an examiner you'll be given the rights to give driving and vehicle licenses, we don't want anyone to misuse it. Therefore the applicant will have to go through many interviews to get the instructor rank if you'll be accepted.

With this, I am glad to announce a new rank.

* Trial Instructor (has the same abilities as examiners)
(Examiner name has been changed to Instructor)
