We were active even before but not much at this topic. Forums were up and we're dominating every other driving school or organization's activity since the start of RS5. We were the one and only active DS after RS5. iDrive is rather new, of course.
Secondly, we have never been a total government organization nor iDrive is. Yes, we do work for the government but as a semi-govt. organization. We've funded ourselves, ran stuff and did all the work on our own. Hence, as stated before, you simply can't amend changes within the SFDS. At-least not notices.
Anyways leadership never was that inactive. Everyone has real life issues, you know.

Anyways, we do and will do everything we can to serve the citizens of Argonath. SFDS surely is and will remain as the best DS.

Funny to see the HQ taking an interest in a private driving school all of a sudden, until previously it had ignored it off when it was active from RS5's start till a few months ago.

Good day, everyone!

I hope you all are doing fine. Firstly I would like to openly, once again, appreciate all the staff members of San Fierro Driving School for their loyalty, hard work and specially their dedication towards the group and towards helping out the new students of Argonath.

Recently there has been an issue regarding the authority of SFDS which was misunderstood at first but then eventually explained and cleared out with Devin but unfortunately he's not the part of the HQ now. Similar thing has happened once again as the IG authorities have been given to some people which is rather morally not possible to happen. As I am currently explaining and talking to the HQ that SFDS have always worked independently with own staff, it's own funding etc.
We've always maintained our position and activity and have proved ourselves to be the most dedicated and active organization working within Argonath without any help of the external factors. As stated before whatever has happened is not morally possible.

To the public, I'd like to explain our system over here. Our staff works willingly without any paychecks or any other bonus profit and it has always been like this (After RS5). Our active management performs it's best way to keep check on the staff, on their activity and interactions with the people. We've a pretty straightforward system which includes that if a staff member is below the average rate of activity and is unable to perform well and maintain their respective desks and files over on the forums, he/she is warned and ultimately fired from the organization as that is the best way to keep our company well and active and this is the way we've always performed the best in case of the activity both IG and on forums (http://www.sfds.us).

Clearing it out, SFDS has always performed the best under the good leadership team independently and will continue and serve the community of Argonath. If the HQ has problems with the activity and quality, we assure that it will keep on improving as the day passes.
Lastly, we do not mind competitors, we've outlasted and performed better comparing with other driving school(s) in Argonath such as iDrive etc. If someone is willing to compete and outlast us, they are more than welcome to establish a new driving school in Argonath. San Fierro Driving School will keep working under the same good old team and we assure you all that we'll stay the best.

I am proud of the staff that has been with us for a while.

I have hired Kalvin years ago and I am very pleasant to see that the team still works as well as they used to when I was able to get funding from the State of Argonath.

With my real life and real life business I am not able to keep up with the game and forums anymore, but I've been on Argonath for over 8 years now and I will never forget it.

I am still happy to see that many people who were here before are still with us and always willing to talk any of you.

San Fierro Driving School was never a state organization. SFDS Profile was created by me in early 2010. I hired Eugene Gvardia as a CFO and put him to a direct supervision of SFDS.

The changes that are being done now are not authorized, spoken off, nor discussed with current management. This cannot continue the way it is.

I just checked in-game group, and /groupmemebers do not even include myself or anyone who is still supposed to be appointed and playing this game on the rank list.

In fact, I still own www.sfds.us domains and hosting for the said account that is being managed by South Florida Web Development (www.soflowd.com) in real life by my business company in Florida.

This is exactly what I've been trying to explain to the HQ. Earlier I also had conversation with Brian on teamspeak and I cleared up his points which were that SFDS has not been performing as it is supposed to be although I gave him the justifications for all of it and also that it is wrong to say that SFDS hasn't been performing well at all because we've been more active and dedicated since the start of RS5 and even before that. We've outlasted and have maintained our position even after the presence of another DS which is also funded well.

Talking about roleplay and quality, I agree there are some people who haven't been spending time for more quality roleplay but let's not blame the whole organization considering the average rate of players (which I also agree have improved a lot and is improving day by day) in Argonath and yes we do fire people who can't maintain an average rate of duty reports. So it's not just SFDS that is to be blamed. I am hoping for this mess to be fixed asap as it is effecting the forum and IG operations and also the staff members.
