Thats fine. Look. You come to the guy and ask whom he was taught  by. He says the name. You ask some question as an examiner - if he passes - give him license. If no - find a SFDS teacher online and give him this guy again.

Im tired of making forums, srs... you know what I mean. Im holding too many stuff in my head. + IRL ..
