when i join SFDS,roman says of i need give lessons then exam.

Javaun nothing personal and no arguements but you are failing way too short of the expectations for a forums manager.
you are trying to manage applications and abusing your rights to access several boards which you shouldnt otherwise post at.
Not to mention you are trying to be powerhungry by trying to recruit forum moderators to do your original job...

 I want to join SFDS because I want to teach new guys how to drive the best way and learn them that they should drive safetly ingame as in real life. We need better respect on the roads.
