By downgrading you are playing under the EULA of GTA:SA 1.0, which had no such clause.
It is however causing us to look at the development of IV:MP differently.

There is only one main bug, and its intentional, DK doesnt work :L  It never did, and we never looked to change that, Death Knight is useless on a private server.
