They should have the Hitmen command.
/c hit <name> <price>
it comes up..for everyone but the police....
There is now a bounty for Player 1  of 5000 dollars..
the first man thats kills him now is to get the money..

We thought about this, however we came to the conclusion of not adding these commands.
Reason is it can be easily roleplayed without commands

also,
it is weird to set the whole world after a person. Usually its meant to be that you contact a hitman and order him to do the dirty work.
