If you put a lot of strain on your body, over time it will grow stronger. The bones will develop and become more accustomed to the heavy load.

Marijuana isn't maybe more dangerous then alcohol but on long tracks,everyday use, it can turn you in a slime of man capable of no resistance and losing interest in everything around you.
Enough for me,shall remain moderately with it.
No need to get to know me with the dark side of a bottle.Im well known  :cool:  :D

edit: And gym is good in reasonable use,under 18,just avoid large weight lifting .No question about it.
