Bout teh smoking stuff:

U only stop if u REALLY want to.

I mean. REALLY.

My uncle decided to really stop. It was very hard, everytime he felt like smoking, he drank water. He drank several liters per day. Worse yet, his brother smoked everyday, and he lives with him, which made him feel even worse.

After struggling for 8 days, a friend that smokes came to his house. Then he realized how the smell was bad. When he smoked near my uncle, he realized how the smoke really affects everyone around. THIS, was the day that he REALLY decided to not smoke anymore.

He became 6kg fatter, but he started swimming regularily, and now he lost that extra weight. Today, he claims that he had forgot the smell of things that surround him, his wife and children are happier and he is now leading a healthy life. He has not smoked for 3 years, and he plains not to.

I only posted this cuz I think it might help Rob out.

Nah but, i dont see why people have such a hard time 'quitting' - i smoked since i was 11 years old, when i was 12, i was just like, "heh" then i didnt smoke til i was 15, i was addictied, like i smoked like hell, i didnt have a 'need' to have any.

If you wanna quit, you will.
If you try to quit, you wont...

You gotta have the will to commit to anything.
Like me, im fat, im sure i weigh 300 pounds now, why? Cause i drink so much damn soda.

Why dont i quit?
Cause i really dont care that much, and besides, im not that overweight for my size anyways, maybe 50 pounds
