That is your opinion which i see not to be true.. there are other reasons why people do not post their pics i assume you just don't know it. Why do i not post a picture of myself? am i ugly? no. do i not love myself? no. am i not confident? no. The reason why is because i have a theory, i beleive that when people see you in a different light, there are a lot of ways to describe this but the main thing you have to understand is that when someone see's your picture they see you differently, sometimes they regard you differently by perhaps having different thoughts about you and their opinion of you lowers, sometimes people cannot help thinking these nasty thoughts sometimes they can or perhaps treat you different ingame.
for example say you looked fat in real life and flame broke out and the person that was flaming you had seen your picture had seen your picture ingame and called you a fat tosser, the person would be humiliated because he knew that the guy had seen his picture and had actually noticed that he was fat and had been thinking about him like that, the same situation could happen and not just for fat people, maybe nerdy, maybe a hippy emo, maybe even because the age , like say for example someone was like 10 and was having an argument with a guy, the guy could maybe say something like " shut up, your balls havent even dropped yet, grow a pube will you"  same thing for older guys people might think ' he looks like a pedofile, whats he doing playing this game at his age?' ( sorry for bad language just trying to show a point)

that is all i'm saying.. i would rather not see anyone in our communitys picture in real life, partly because the odd time i might see them in this topic and think negatively towards them, which of course i don't like at all and try to push out of my mind.

I am just trying to make a point that some people do not want to post their pictures for other reasons that confidence or looks it is about how people might see them. maybe i am individual in this theory and is just stupid but then again, maybe not..

Whilst i understand why people wish to see pictures of people so they can know them a little better, it is possible as well that the picture may not necessarily be of them. Some people who lack confidence may choose not to post a pic, and i they have to they might just google a face or something. so remember, just because a pic of a person is there, it doesnt mean it is that person

it is not about my picture, its that i myself have though differently about people once i have seen their picture.. so i would not like the situation reversed, it is hard to understand..
