that's completely irrelevant. due to the fact. you are not as mature at the age of 14, nor are you completely developed.
so what you just said is VERY wrong. a 50 year old can have sex with 60 year old, so 4 year olds can have sex with 14 year olds? i think not.

I do say 99.9 % percent do know spanish because i live in Puerto Rico.. Not everyone know english especially older people.
