You have no permission to post his picture, maybe he doesn't want his picture shown? Its a matter of privacy, you're not allowed to post other's pictures without their permission.

I really don't know why Xterm got moderated for this?
If he did something wrong, wouldn't it make just a little bit of sense to actually tell him that?
Its like banning a new guy for deathmatching, without even telling them its against the rules.

A warning should come first before the moderated status, no? He didn't even know it wasn't allowed, you could of actually told him before going all out, jeeze..

He was warned before.. He had previous warned status for the same reasons.
