Wrong if you really look into the history, you see that most of the time, men had really long hair. For example, Jesus had long hair, Three Musketeers( well fictional but represent the people that lived at that time) Voltaire, Descartes, Louis XIV

How do you know Jesus had long hair?

Well, English Kings have had relatively short hair, most prominently King Henry VIII. Does it really matter how long the hair of these dead people was? :conf: We have to remember that these historic people did not use a digital camera to take pictures of themselves, and that they were simply portraits, which over time continously change. However, I do agree... men did not have GHD and electric shavers then, although I am sure they used razor-like objects, unlike Elvis.
