That's bad for your health man, painting cars the whole day 
I'm a Panel Beater, Spray Painter and Delivery Driver (picking up/dropping off customers cars)... I'm not painting all day :P
What I'm inside in that picture is a Low Bake Oven, that thing has extractor fans all in it so it removes most of the toxic fumes all around me. That mask is a pretty high quality gas mask, I'm fairly safe with the fans and that mask and I usually leave the oven between coats. I spend about 4 hours a day painting cars, if that. Most of that 4 hours is mixing the paint so I'm ready to spray and standing outside the oven waiting for the coats to dry :P
The only people who get bad side effects are the ones who just don't give a shit... Even in 50 years I should still be fine if I keep going the same way. I haven't even began 'the shakes & twitches' yet and I've been doing it a while.
