No, I'm pretty sure it's mud, I haven't cleaned the disk brakes since I bought the bike.. (The previous owner rode along muddy Welsh roads..)

Damn, i told them to put a stronger acid to melt the brakes faster, but NO, IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE... dumpshits.. next time im gonna fry them myself..
