It's like tsing ma bridge but it's hard to tell as in hong kong everywhere is like this at night-lights everywhere

Ok. In case you haven't noticed, those buildings you're seeing in the background are in fact NOT part of Hong Kong. That should make it obvious where I was now, because there is only one big bridge in Hong Kong where that is possible.
