Still not sure, I tried to make both gang and mafia and couldn't run them because topic died etc.

Not true. Gangs also waiste money and may have alot better RP. Maybe you havent experienced Gangsta RP.
But its not about money at all. Its about friends and relations and RP etc.

Dont start ''group'' alone.
Play more, get some relations. Know all the rules of server and find best rules for your group.

Lemme see how much I've been playing, * counts his fingers *. Wow! It's been about 7  months, but I got no relations... I know rules etc. so everything done except  "Dont start ''group'' alone."  . How can I get people for my gang?

Even though im in a Mafia i love gangster lifestyle. In fact i actually roleplay a Sureno in Ancelotti(sounds stupid but everyone enjoys it). I recommend you just roleplay and figure out what you like to do and what your good at then go from their. Always maintain a good reputation and have fun!
