Ex
A cop must say surrender first and [if the guys dont stop] shoot ...Cops dont kill other cops and surrendered suspects

A citizen or a regular player must drive on the right side of the road andhe must stop when a cop has the siren on and he says to pull over

Other guys dont steal limos ,ambulance , taxis and dont carjack others is very annoying  :flame:

If there would be an "RPG test" that you must do before playing? Would stop most if not all abusers and other rulebreakers. Dunno if and how it would be done, just throwing out ideas.

Yeah, but as some have said, RON gives passports and driver's licenses without tests and that won't stop abusers, since they're rarely regulars, so they don't need passports. If it was made so that you'd need a passport to play? And those tests could be done at the forums?

That's true, I just couldn't think of another way. But luckily, I play often as a cop, and most abusers are cops too, so either they leave me alone or I get $1000.

Yes, I hate what Ron does.

This proves Ron is not caring about passports/license to new players to the server.

Ron, Do the test. It adds more fun to the game for the regulars so that NEW pople follow the rules.
