Proposed changes to the cop and criminal system - read carefully before posting

To my knowledge you all knew the differences of cops and criminals when you joined or formed your groups, nothing has changed at all regarding that really, besides drastically reduced gun prices (influenced by the moaning of criminal groups, what a surprise that you guys still moan)

If i recall you among several others are asking for argonath to returned to the old scripts, so why wouldn't this be implemented, this is exactly how it was back in the old days.

So far Criminals have suggest a structure like arpd, i don't think they realize they can do that on there own with this grand magical thing called imagination and RP.

Which is the problem. Police scripts have evolved steadily whilst any such mention of criminal group support is as yet unseen. The only thing I see on the horizon is ARUN, but given the timing it is unlikely I will even be playing when it becomes workable and successful, which of course I hope it will.

Perhaps if you could pull your head out of your own ass for just a moment you'd realise that all you see is that, you don't see any of the roleplay behind the scenes because frankly most of it is in interiors.

Well you clearly don't recall, since I never said that.

so why wouldn't this be implemented, this is exactly how it was back in the old days.

At risk of sounding cliche, the list does have more cop things added than criminal. Which would be fine, if I knew that criminal things were in the pipeline, on the drawing board, or whatever. I don't wish to remove anything from cops - that wouldn't help anyone. I merely wish that criminals also got cool stuff added.

Well, just randomly off the top of my head:

• The ability to designate a house or business as a Group HQ.
• Permanent Vehicle spawns for designated groups
• Some designated criminal leaders who can deploy a rustler to counter the hydra.
• Unique interiors for designated groups with a lockable door that only that group can enter.

Seems you guys forget where the request to reduce weapon prices came from...

Where did the idea to /giveweapon came from....

Where did the idea for the whole escape system come from...
(and think about just HOW does the escape system help cops!!!)

Due to the fact that players have been complaining a lot lately about cops haven't more advantages than criminals and criminals having no rights, I would like to propose the following changes:
Criminals can not be unsuspected at all. If they get suspected, there is no escape, they will either be jailed or die.

If a criminal is jailed then they will lose more money than if they are killed, so expect more criminals to die and lose money and weapons. I'm sure they'll like that.

SWAT will not be given weapons by the government, neither will FBI or high ranking SAPD. They have to buy their own weapons for special operations.

Well, I, as a criminal am still waiting for an answer to Drug market Idea, what basically every criminal is waiting for and isn't moaning about what cops have.

My idea how the script would work: Everyweek, let's say Friday, from 20:00 CET- 22:00 CET there is a possibility for everybody  to sell drugs to a script, to export the drugs out of San Andreas. The location will be announced only to the official mafias/gang leaders. The location is chosen randomly by script every week from these locations:



The minimum amount that anybody can sell to the script is 30 kg. And from there you can only sell round digits of drugs. so 30kg 40kg 50kg ( 30+10n) kg (n=1;2;3...).
The value of drugs depends on 3 aspects: which drug you are selling ( weed or heroin), how much are you selling, weekly fluctuation.

How much are you selling: example: if you sell 30kg of weed you get 35$/g(?) if you sell 40kg of weed you get 45$/g(?) and if you sell 50kg of weed you get 55$/g(?). If you sell more than 50 kg the amount per gram stays at 55$/g(?).

Weekly fluctuation: If the the sold drug mass exceeds a critical mass. The rates at which the script buys the drugs next week will drop down. Example: one week there is sold more then 100kg ( I am not aware how much is realistic) weed, then instead of 35$/g for 30kg, next week you get only 30$/g(?) for weed.

Also I suggest, that every 10kg of drugs selling, takes time 30 seconds.( Loading the the cargo on ship), so minimum time of selling is 1,5 minutes.

The idea would be actually first real opportunity to gain money by being a criminal, not from legal business like now. A lot of people are just waiting, will this be done, or even doable.
