Seconary EMS and Fire Department vehicles will now have locks so that they are restricted to those groups of people only (vehicles like raindances and other vehicles which are normally not restricted)
/heal will work in all medic vehicles after the next server restart
/m, /m1, /m2 and /m3 will work in all medic and firefighter vehicles (including raindances and statums)
I will be adding some EMS raindances as well as some other vehicles for both sides if they are needed
If anyone sees any EMS or Fire Department vehicles which aren't restricted, let me know immediately

The vehicles have been placed in some suitable areas
Also, all ambulances have been re-painted to the EMS colours, if you see an old red and white one tell me immediately!
