Well, my idea is just to add a category "Languages" like on the SA:MP forums. So for example Dutch people can talk with Dutch people, and many other languages.

There is a language section on the SAMP forums so people who do not speak English can use it.

We would need moderators from each country then to watch, what is going on in each section, to prevent wars(World War 3).
