Okay.. now seriously.. I was just laying on my sofa, when I heard some things from my speakers..

I use a 5.1 System..

3 Speakers infront of me (main & 5th/woofer) & the 2 back ones are next to my ears.

so.. I took the speaker to my ear and guess what... IT'S tuned to some JAPANESE Radio... I went: WTF!!!!

Now... I believe this is done by the back metal of my Computer Case... as I've had such thing happening with a greek radio on my first ever PC... I was just touching the audio cable on the metal, and It could tune like a radio....

Does anybody know how to fix this? :(.. Even if I put the volume speakers up, or down.. it's same.. still this japanese radio whispering!!

What I use?

Logitech X-350

Someone help?  :( :(

HOW is it even possible for the speakers being in greece, and being able to tune into a Japanese Radio?? :x

Did you check if anything on your desktop, like an ad that popped up?

Where must we go... we who wander this Wasteland in search of our better selves?

Well clearly it's not a fault in your speakers, since your speakers don't have an antenna = Not possible to receive any radio signals. And even if it did tune for a radio, it wouldn't tune in for a Japanese radio unless you lived in Japan or someone nearby your area was broadcasting a Japanese radio show.

Clearly, you have no idea how speakers actually work.
Speakers are indeed sensitive for radio waves, most speakers are also magnetically protected so they will not recieve them.

To protect them, you could apply ferrite rings to your audio cables.

Radio waves would only cause disruption on the audio signal, not for entire radio shows to be heard via your speakers.

Want to take a bet on that?
Non isolated wires are sensitive to pick up radio signals, some satellite speakers if badly protected will function as an antenna.
I bet if you google'd it, you would find an article that would support my theory. ;)

I remember a Mythbusters Episode about some old lady who claimed she heard secret Japanese codes transmitted over the radio waves with her tooth fillings

: It's a Matrix error. Since the things you're playing on the computer are made for stereo, the software tries to 'stretch it out' so it works on all speakers, getting some gibberish like sound on the rear speakers.

Its time to grow up guys and stop spreading shit daily.

My speakers constantly picked up finnish and russian radiosignals a year back. It was creepy. they moved on though and now I rarely pick up any signals. It wasn't no virus or anything, it was the bass picking up the signals.
