The clan Founder and leaders have the authority to participate in all positions below. They can also override a decision if they feel it was the wrong one. They also vote democratically for new rules and ideas to be implemented within the clan.

Also i am thinking of some Clan communication system maybe on Xfire, or TS or what ever... Greater to play like that.
