The San Andreas Comission is an organization of the leaders of the top Mafias and Gangs in the state.
They take decidions about acts of war,alliances,wars,alliance breakings etc.
To enter a comission a leader must be INVITED
The Meetings:
Each meeting will be held in a place chosen by the Comission Head*.
The Meet must be on NEUTRAL turf.
The Don/Leader of a gang/mafia MUST bring his underboss/co leader if it is possible.
Underbosses/Co Leaders can take place in the comission if the leader cant go to the meet or if the leader dies.
Before entering a war with another Comission Gang/Mafia the leader MUST talk with the Comission Head.

The Comission head will be chosen each month by other comission members, he will arrange meetings and places for meetings. A comission head CANNOT get this position for 3 months in a row.
