I had already read the laws anyway ;P as I was one of the few people to read them over again and again to search for spelling mistakes before they were ready for release! ;o

Now that I re-read once again for the weed.. uh... I think something is missing from that law I will talk with other judges.

Be sure to check with the President, as I have done some editing to avoid the Constitution becoming a reason to oppose server rules.

Perhaps add a section on how to get a GPS and use it, and then you could add GPS coordinates for all the places you mentioned.

The constitution is not fully ready yet. We have some changes to make. It will be officialy released with the new court system. Meanwhile consider this as the v 0.99B
