Nope, admins are the one's who copban for rulebreaking, not ARPD Staff.

They must be unbanned. Some bans are a set period and they will be unbanned after that. Others are longer and permanent.

Supported. It could even be made as a subsection in the normal bans section, and from there have subsections within it for Approved and Denied unban requests like the regular one has. If other job-ban commands are eventually made, they could follow suit too, keeping it all organized and clean in one section.
