Hey, does anyone know or have a tutorial vid or something that can show me how to install Great New Effects Mod 1.6?

Wherever you installed it (in this case, it's installed somewhere in Rockstargames/mods or some shit), if you have SAMI (San Andreas Mod Installer) installed, you can just run the .sami files to your wishes (e.g., high quality...etc...)
