You new admins gotta understand that this is part of the job. You got told by many, many current and former admins in your first weeks as moderators that this is how shit was gonna be...You got told that Argonath RPG SA:MP is full of moaning little babies, and when you agreed to continue on with being a moderator, you agreed that this was the shit you were gonna get...
It was not always like this...Perhaps there are more immature people on the server now who enjoy annoying others...Perhaps there is a lesser sense of community, leading to people not getting to know each other as much leading to moaning...
I dunno and I don't care, but I really think this topic is nothing but a moan on moaners...And you gotta realise you're not the only one...Everyone hates admins, everyone thinks they're all evil bastards who only care about themselves, but is it true?

Well i believe you're making it worse for yourself, you dont get respect this way.. you work hard, you prove yourself, you get respecy. Really, these kind of topics wont help you, just avoid it.

This is the shit you get towards you, when you're moderator or an admin.
Ofcourse, I do not agree with it, but it's just what happends.

Take my advice, when doing your job, do not take anything personal (if you do, your time is going to be very hard).
I've got a shitload of things against me, but I won't take them personal - if they continiously are doing this, just punish them.

Creating such topics, only make people think your "weak" (even though you are not maybe).
Show them, you are the longest standing guy in here and don't give up to them.
Ignore them, observe and punish if needed...

I am helping you mates as much as i can,trying to get rid of rulebreakers,punishing them whenever necessary.But please don't forget that i can't choose a certain side and fight for it,it's not how it goes.I'm not going to punish only one guy if there are two guilty,but everything takes TIME.Most of all,i'd like to remind you that collecting PROOF will help us out MUCH.

This is something you have to learn. Weak people will usually end up somewhere in real life as well. You have to be strong, even here on Argonath if you applied for the work as an admin.
