Recruitment to other servers.

Uhm i used to script a server with some other players and i sometimes tell them to come to the  server to help me with something

But they already know the IP and it is a private server
Is that allowed

What are the plans with that server ? If you are scripting in order to make it public later than by asking players to help testing you are recruiting in a way.

Would you consider the line "gLSRP" advertising another server, when it was in no way relevant to the discussion nor was it backed up
by a conversation about other servers? If someone thinks another server sounds better than Argonath then why the hell would you want
to stop them having the fun they deserve. If someone starts a server and his IRL mate asks about it then they should get banned for that?

Players are free to play where they want. If they want to invite their mates there is no reason for us to stop them.
It is different to constantly mention other servers in public chat, or to tell in public chat you are going there. This gives out a message that you are urging others to leave with you. If its your mates, you can tell in PM or CB, or on MSN once you logged out. To let everyone know is advertising.

To add onto that, PMing everyone in the server with another server's IP is not acceptable and a ban will follow for advertising.

Omri got idea good... Otherwise he would not turn GiacJr's words totally wrong... GiacJr was not talking about some server of Omri and Iklipse (as Omri tried to turn it in answer)... But just named several servers who were recruiting Argonath players... And both servers were doing it...

I love it when the offenders play dumb i.e Omri and iKlipse, in hope that we forget why a) They were banned multiple times in the past. b) Cannot be trusted with any development project on any Argonath related community (ParUni), and c) Why no-one can trust them because they keep blatently lying.

Before I even pressed this topic I saw Dave posted last and I expected it to be a kinda reply that ALWAYS has to be with the owners. You really do enjoy licking thier asses, how deep did you tongue reach this time?. - banned for hacking on Argonath 3 times
- banned for hacking on Paurni 3 times
- removed from all development on Argonath
- removed from all development on Paruni CS
- removed from development of CZ on Paruni
- banned from both Argonath and Paruni for flaming developers
- requested unban after nearly 9 months claiming to have changed

Any more evidence needed ?

-Banned for hacking on Paruni - If you had some CS experience you would have seen the demo I uploaded that there is NO sold proof that I did use wallhacks, and if you look closer in this you will see people replies and they quick lost interest in it as there was no proofs me hacking. You may remove dat one

That means my ban reason was invalid, for advertising, when all I did was saying a server name in a CB, informing that I am going there to play...*looks at Frank Hawk*.

Thats why I still prefer those "tl;dr" rulebooks, so we do not get banned for such stuff...
Although I got unbanned, It is still disgusting getting banned for admin self-enjoyment nowadays.

Regarding the hacking on Paruni showed exactly which hacks you used. I informed Indigo about them as I managed to find it. Your superior hearing skills were hacks and it is plain funny how you still deny it.

Perhaps you need to work on your English reading, as it was never implied that you were running a server with iKlipse. what did happen was that both you and iKlipse were at the time you were banned involved in other communities, and have tried and failed to build something. Not together but independent. There is no way you can deny that.

Infact, I did not find "i am going to play XXXX for a bit, sick of some bullshit" offensive, when you are actually mad about something... What I mean is, is it enough for a instant ban? In a CB channel? A private chat which is not supposed to be watched and getting instant banned with no warning at all...
Or the CB chat is not considered as private anymore?
