We will begin "respecting" regulars when they begin to respect us....

We regularly get admins who are at the end of their patience and wish to give up.
The reason ? The constant disrespect and arguing from players.
Our admins did not take the job because they like to hand out punishment or to settle personal scores.
They do the job because they want to protect the server and improve things.

Every admin is a human, and if you will provoke them long enough they will punish you faster and harder than others. Also we feel that new players are in need of more patience and less punishment as regulars for breaking the rules.  From the beginning the most active admins have gotten the most reports on them. Not because they are harsh or abusing, but because they attract the most attention.

I see tons of argument how Argonath is not a RP server, simply because everyone is RP'ing in their own style. Some likes the free RP we got here, some like more strict RP. Those admins that Gandalf spoke about, that are losing patience and are clsoe to quitting - i'll admit that i'm one of them. I'll admit that i'm ready to leave the community, not because of the changes in scripts, the server, the admin team. No. Changes in the community, changes in the attitude of players. As admins we do not have to go into the server and listen to a bunch of kids crying to us about this and that, we do not have to sit and take the abuse they throw at us, we do not have to put up with any of it. We are not paid, we are not rewarded. We do it out of our own time, our own will to help take the server forward. We get nothing out of being admins, but we do it anyway.

It's a game. Grow up and deal with it, and leave your "hatred" for other players, factions, sides and whatever else behind your keyboard.

So whole playing professionally, as in taking for example walking away is bad.
So all new players/regulars in your experience are strict role players. This is a hollow statement. The one who moans are power gamers and meta gamers. Strict role play means actually KNOWLEDGE of plain role play situation, and moaning is not in that specter.

A) What has Omri and AB done to Argonath, he never been associated with them nor iKlipse, then you tell me..

A) You're an old player, you should know what they done....Omri set up another RP server and tried to get Argonath players to move to there. iKlipse was responsible for The GTA Planet along with Xtreme/Koolio, which caused major conflicts with Argonath.

So you present administrators of this community as victims? Is this your walk to Golgota. I mean seriously, you can quit being an administrator no one will eat you if you do so. Every single one of you can do so.No one is pressuring you, and that's the reason you don't get paid and praised.
