As I said before, a hooker can be an alternative to a medic. Hooker can feature the same sort of power to heal people.
Both would be used depending on the players preference of skin and role.
Maybe to make them some-what different:
Hooker: Less powerful as in amount of health restored but heal works more efficiently
Medic: More powerful as in amount of health restored but heal works less efficiently

Maybe,if it's possible,hookers could spawn in a strip club with pink stallions(like 3 or 4,locked,like pd cars or ambulances,only unlocked for hookers)  and then,to use the /c sex command,they both needed to be in a car(default - pimp car),and if it's scriptable,it could do that car shaking thingy,and the hp going up slowly.

This is only some suggestions,even if only the /c sex command comes,i'll be happy.
