Argonath RPG was made to have fun, relax and make friends. It was not meant to moan, argue and flame. It was made for RP with no limits! So why don't we really take a look at the past; There were less moaners, more friendly people and etc. What really happened today is that; The ammount of 'moaners' increase, more friendly and stable people, common arguing and flaming.
The most common reason for that is the work of people and the execution. Why don't we start to admire one's work because from what I have heard from JayL, "a work is a risk", getting flamed is meant by that. Why don't we have the old Argonath RPG back? meaning to have a stabilized community. This is not a moan thread, but a reminder. If we keep doing those things, what will happen to the future of Argonath? Now, we almost made CBF leave from waaaay back because of moaners. Why don't we also start to admire someone's work? It's not easy to do that and not everyone can do it.

By also commiting to the stage of Roleplaying, do not judge the person, without knowing his deeds and point. The most common reason to flame is by 'DMing' and Rulebreaking. If you are DMed, just control your temper, always remember that this is a game, nothing personal. There is a system called /report, which everyone uses and tells the Admin is NOT doing his job. Try being an admin and get shitloads of spams, /reports and moans from the players.
The point of this topic if the future of Argonath, what will happen if we continue to do these methods of having fun and making friends?
Argonath was meant to be, to make us happy. I am not being a "troll" or a "moaner", like I said. This is just a reminder.

Let's all try to make Argonath RPG a true server. Anyways, if you don't want to... then don't, since I am not forcing you to do so.

Exactly, 80% of admin punishment is not publically seen...

That's the point... People think that if they report someone they will see a Public warn or kick.. but most times, It's more like a Conversation from the Admin to the reported guy, and verbal warning, rather than instant warn/kick usage

Also, for a minor reason, they just verbally warn them via /pm or Admin private messages. That's also quite true, Paul.. A decision is and must be made carefully before executing.

You have to see it in this way,
2 years ago there were 60 players playing at argonath RPG and now there are 120 players or even more.
The amount of players has doubled which also makes the moan double.

Sticky pls, this actually makes sence, though most of the complaining comes from anger, anger is a humanly and natural reaction, a person can be very happy and well mooded and pissed of one second later. Anger must be controlled and prevented. Anger also is infectable.. One person says all cops are Dmers!
And bam you have it, other players saying he's a moaner, the player reporting the people who say ''moaner'' to him, and alot of admin punishments are given. The best way ofcourse is not to say anything! If someone says ''All cops are DMers'', say nothing.. What will he say then? ''OMG why no one responding to me!?'' No.. He will just be quiet.. Or continue complaining about it... Just ignore it..

That's also what keeps anger from happening, saying nothing! Just being quiet. Sometimes the best option..

The best option would be understanding.. A human MAKES mistake...
We can learn, instead of flaming, why not help?

Guy2 : What the fuck bitch, why'd you DM me?! HA! REPORTED you fucking bitch

Guy1 : Hey there Guy2, Please try not to kill other people for no reason. Try to do an interaction between you and him like a rob, before shooting

or 3.Stay quiet.
Which would be the best option? 2 and 3.

You also need to realise, if an admin does /on to your report, HE'S ON IT. Had to make that clear. Most of the time if it's a chat related offence I'd do /on <id of reporter> then /banana <reported id> 60, /apm <reported id> [what he did wrong] and hope he won't do it again. If he does, banana for 120 seconds and apm. Add 60 seconds each time until he stops. You guys do not see this. I liked it when everyone saw banana's,  but that's my opinion and I doubt it'll come back.

This is important for players who don't know and always moan that admins are not doing his/her job.
Also, please be informed Admins are the ones who's making and trying to make the community safe!!
