Is there any way too play IV MP for Episodes from Liberty City?

good question, but dont think so....  I had EFLC, and when i installed IVMP  it diddnt worked..... so ..... no it wont work.
It works only at GTA IV ...
 :)

No, use PSN or Xbox LIVE or Windows..
Though, any MP for the episodes would be pointless as it'd be the same as GTAIV but with a few new cars, weapons and player models. 
Nothing is dratically changed from the original..

There is a service like Tunngle, which has rooms divided (for GTA IV/EFLC).
But if you point to an illegal game version, I think I can't explain it here then.
