How's possible to put a graffiti in game ? I have already picture ? Someone can explain me how this works ?

kind of a late ass reply but just use photoshop and shit.

For those asking how to put graffiti or images in-game:

Download TXD Workshop.
Use it to open gta3.img.
Locate the texture you want to use.
Extract(Export) the texture to anywhere.
Edit it using an appropriate program such as GIMP or Photoshop.
Save it, then import it over the original texture.

You should probibly create backup incase the texture looks emssed up in-game.
