You still can't read.
Says you.

Thank you for your distinguished opinion, dad. You must be what, a year older then me?
[...]
Unless you don't keep a track of what you've posted earlier (amnesia perhaps?), I was referring to what have you posted to Dave.

[...]you act like you're 14. Amazing.
Congratulations, bro.
I guess your whole IC/OOC has its effects on out-game also. Seems that you need to have it clearly shown which sentence refers to which sequence of posts.

You reckoned wrong. Because, since 5th page I have nothing to do with the In game incident.
You're talking about role-playing. You role-play in-game, not on the forums.
You also used "local chat" in the last reply, so apparently it's not sticking only to the forums, since those don't have a local chat.

c guise...

I respect all forms of Roleplay. I use OOC tags around people who also use them, and I don't use them around people who don't use them. I do this to prevent the absolute stupidity shown in this thread, like "ZOMFG RP OOC NOOB FAGGOT ASS FUCKER GET THE FUCK OUT FUCKING IDIOT TRY CHANGE SERVR FAGGOT IMMATURE NOOB." Apparently, it's failing, as I'm showing no inspiration what so ever.
Don't think I was exaggerating on that statement for one little bit, because I wasn't.

If you could care to show respect for other people's roleplay, rather than thinking your roleplay is superior to every single form existing in the world of Grand Theft Auto Multi Player, whether it be IC/OOC, mixed, none, or just "DM and call it roleplay", this shit wouldn't be going down, and I wouldn't be wasting my finger energy to try to get some sense into some of you.
Although I prefer the "IC/OOC bullshit that's making the server a piece of shit" as you disrespectful arrogant jerks like to call it, I'm willing to accept any kind of roleplay that you confront towards me (except for the "DM and call it roleplay"), as long as you maintain respect, which everyone in this thread has failed to maintain any. As Frank said, there are no rules against the IC/OOC stuff you guys so dreadfully loath. IC/OOC users aren't bitching about your roleplay, and I'm surprised they haven't politely asked one of you "FUCK OOC SHIT" disrespectful scums to shut the fuck up.

Nice to hear that you're neutral Luigi, but you exaggerated.

9r2e5i3k, I hope you received a PM.From now on, I will send you PMs regarding that conversation.

MetalLuigiX, look. Some of my awesome quotes many people missed.
and the fight started since then, because some people like to read superficially.

Look:

I didn't disagree with the idea of throwing out /em S/F. Depending on the player needs, as my quote shows above.

Versetti: Yes it can go that way either, depending on the players needs in RP.  :)

This is a simple chat, a conversation about RP. Although it does not belong to the topic. I am not trying to show the REAL RP, there is no real RP. I am trying to  prove stated above.

Don't judge us, we RP how we want, you RP how you want. Nobody touches nobody.

Perhaps we should create a RP scenario where Gvardia and cops will be forced to work together against a common enemy. Standing side by side might improve relations.

I already did that, our common enemy was MIB, we had to find him and i allied with a gvardia to find him! We ended up finding him first :D

Players on /duty are quite able to "force roleplay" mostly as they wish, as the /su command is quite essentially a mandatory interrupt.
This isn't an aggressive poke at the police, this is a simple fact regarding the nature of the duty and suspection scripts.
/su is an interrupting command, and hence players on duty can use it to push a roleplay situation onto somebody. Thus, situations such as the one described in the OP occur. The same cannot be done in reverse, since criminals and citizens do not have a similar command.

That all said, frankly it's pointless since Squeak executed a perfect /thread right at the start.
Guys, you know perfectly well that cops can do anything and get off scot-free.

COMING FROM A COMPLETELY NEUTRAL STANDPOINT
                                                                                                    V

As a sergeant I can safely say that we can pretty much roleplay with anyone we want, anything we want and if they refuse we can /suspect them without any admins paying attention to the criminals crying 'abuse!' - I've seen it happen before. I'm not saying I actually take advantage of that, but lately I've seen a lot of that with my own eyes - criminals getting abused with no one caring.
Simply by having _Gvardia after your name you have a HUGE disadvantage; that's not a moan, that's a fact.

For example, if you clearly state you refuse to roleplay me questioning you about a murder and drive away I could /su you for evading and tell an admin you were evading while you say you didn't evade and say that forcing roleplay is not allowed - guess who they're going to believe?

Furthermore, if there's an admin on the opposing team, you will always be the rulebreaking side. It's smarter to just take screenshots and take it like a b*tch than go around moaning that the admin is abusing. -- Again, I've witnessed with my own eyes AS the person who's in the team with the admins.

I don't ever recall getting seriously abused by a cop/admin with no one taking actions against it - I've always been on the 'winning' side. I'm not saying that my hands are clean, all I'm saying is that there's a lot going on behind the scenes.

Equality for all players,

This is exceptionally true.
However, it's only worth pulling a fernando if you're super, super sure you have some serious shit to screenshot.

That's because people don't just evade the police to not get wanted.

Criminals' advantage on /su is that the cops have to see them. Cops can't /su someone who they can't see, one of the reasons is that they won't know your ID. And when you're not wanted, cops can't do anything to you. But you people are too busy focusing on what's going on AFTER getting suspected.

But, it isn't what happens after that is the root of the problem - it is the suspection itself.
