Need clarification on "cant force RP rule"

So?This is the fun of the game.We don't DM.Instead we make good RP's and when comes to shooting it happens rarely.We are not junk.If you want to treat us like that we'll treat every cop like that.By the way yesterday no cop asked for identification,like from a magic way they knew we were Gvardias,but anyway,point is that we don't DM,regardless what the bad rumors spread around from cops and various admins.

Perhaps we should create a RP scenario where Gvardia and cops will be forced to work together against a common enemy. Standing side by side might improve relations.

Ahh Gandalf you're wrong there,sorry.Gvardia will never co-operate with SAPD against an enemy.Yes we co-operate at traffic stops and all but no that's impossible to do..And don't forget SAPD is like 1/3 of all cops.Not everyone has the knowledge of an experienced cop who knows what and when to do.

Actually, it's ARPD who are the "official" officers. SAPD does include freecops...or is it the other way around....

Fall on floor on request of us (on stomach) - (Action)
I am not sure if I can call this, you got off ground and got in your cars possibly to trying to escape.. (Was not near to hear.)
And after your car blew up, instead of you guys /GU when suspected you started fighting back..!! Taking out guns and shooting us.. if you did not want to RP or something.. why didn't you just /GU at first?

True. Same with me. They surrounded my car with shotguns, when I was sitting outside LSPD doing nothing at all, I could have been AFK for all they knew. I wasn't going to even bother explaining I had to answer a report. Why should I? The last over 9000 times you guys have tried to kidnap me, I told you i'm busy. Take the hint.
A kidnapping is a very inconvenient thing for an active admin, as Gandalf pointed out. I'd be having to teleporting and vanishing to spectate all over the joint.
