Grezsiek pointed out the obvious and what he got back was a personal attack because nobody could counter his arguments.

I have asked for anything that would reduce the friction, not for something that would remove advantages that exist only in the eyes of those who wish to commit crimes, get paid for it and get away with it by standing still.

There are ideas which are going to happen, and ideas that are never going to happen. Accept it or go somehwere where you have what you have here plus your ideas.

Remember that SA:MP is based on GTA, and not on turn-based RP, Second Life or WOW.
It is supposed to be fast-paced, mixing humour with action and simple.

Yeah, for the last 1 1/2 years you haven't really played, and unless that changed in the last three months.. which it didn't.. I'm still right. But that's a great way to make what I said seem untrue.

That is your idea...thing is that you are completely wRONg....however I know that when certain UC admins are on server people are suddenly behaving better.... guess why ?

No. I'm not wrong. Because if you had been on the server, actually playing with people and getting into groups as a UC admin, doing what you're supposed to be, you'd know a lot more about the server than you do. I know exactly how being a main admin works. The whole UC thing gives you a little window, so when anyone tells you you haven't been on the server, you can just say "Oh I was UC." I'm not that dumb Gandalf. The rest here may be, but I'm not.

Remove gu - you'll moan about not being able to surrender with any insurance that cops won't kill you. Make evidence of you having hands up and being shot by a cop ----> Complaint ---> Get a person copbanned/demoted/fired
Remove jail - you'll moan about cops only killing you and not asking to give up, because if you give up, there would be no punishment for you. So cops would probably execute you anyway. Abuse of protocol - Punishment from ARPD/Admins
Remove su - cops will blast you for anything, saying that you were a criminal. If "criminals" mix with "non criminals", cops will blast everyone. Now that's not their only problems, are they?

Your arguments don't mean much on this note.

1. Making a complaint won't protect you from dying, nor return "omg 5k weapons and armour".
2. What protocol? Then what would you do with someone that has surrendered if there was no alternate punishment for killing the criminal? Just "- I surrender - Ok you're free to go"?

Admins would be overloaded with constantly spectating criminals so they don't get "abused" by the cops without any time to play themselves.

Unlike you, I care and I will always continue. One day when you grow up you might understand that to continue something you started, you need to give others a chance to do work and make them grow.
If we had not given others a chance, scripters like CBFASI, David_Omid and Gimli would never have grown to the level they are now. Some things might have been better, many others would be worse.

Sure you can say that you were here a long time. But in that time you were often noticed, and sometimes banned, for complaining on everything that did not suit your needs. 
When guys that I know are on server daily wish to discuss something I take it serious. When guys tell me they do not play but still want to change the server, I take it as worthless rubuush.
