try remove from 'my documents' ''GTA San Andreas files'' or something like that there should be saved photos.

Try deleating gta_sa.set from User Files in My Documents, Or you can replace your gta3.img, Its probably a mod which does not agree with you. Thats why I get mine from GTA Forums so I know they work for other people.
