You install GTA IV -> then crack it -> then patch it with 1.0.0.4 -> then install IV:MP ..... but nothing happens?

I got The Steam Verision.. it means the Lates updates will Install with the game. 
So the thing is.. i think i have to downgrade it to 1.0.0.4 and install old R Social Club.
And then close auto Updates..

Or wait for Alpha.3 since it seams like alot of work just ot test out iv mp ^^

No. I installed GTA IV --> Patched 1.0.0.4 Then installed IV:MP And nothing happens when i click connect.

(I don't need the crack i have the original game collector's edition)

I got the same problem aswell, got Win7 ultimate x64, bought IV on Steam. Have reinstalled it and turned off Automatic updates directly when it was done. Patched to 1.0.0.4 and then installed IV:MP. But not working when trying to start it, and single player dosen't work aswell. :<

In need of assistance? Please send me a forum PM instead of contacting me ingame. Whenever i am ingame, i'm most likely busy with something else which means i wont be able to help you there and then.

Single player and Multiplayer via ingame cellphone works for me,
But not IV:MP -.-

If you want to be 100% sure you are buying the game from Steam, you should buy it directly from the program which is installed on your computer!

Although Steam offers excellent service, my internet is so shitty I buy a retail version.
For me, its the safest way to go down the street to a game shop and lift it up.
