Try the very basics: Turn off Steam,MSN or any other internet using application.

Same happens to me. I guess it is something related to server restarting, I don't know.

If Server restart, yes thats a known bug if you login on joining first time.
You may have same problem which has also many people on first joining.
Make sure you installed Beta1 T2 R2! :P
