Public Statement

On August 16th, 2010, an iconic city square in San Fierro turned into a war zone following one of the largest riots the city has ever faced. They can briefly recall the 1992 Los Santos Riots, but never they would experience it in the peaceful town of San Fierro until now. The City Hall was severely damaged, with bullet holes, scorch marks, and broken glass visible as the rioters tore through the building.

As head management of Jennings & Rall Reconstruction Efforts that is currently undertaking in Vice City, I decided to divert resources to assist in repairing their destroyed iconic structure. After hiring several seasoned construction workers from Hunter's Quarry, Las Venturas development lands, and Dorthey, we started combing through the building, inspecting any structural damages.

From our inspection the building had suffered mainly flash fires from Molotov cocktails and vandalism. Most of the glass panes in the building is destroyed, light fixtures ripped, and four out of 10 column supports suffered damage and were in risk of collapse. Once we laid out our reconstruction plans, we started working on cleaning up the debris from the floors, and prepared the columns for repairs and possible replacement.

By the end of the day, we managed to get the columns repaired and reinforced for protection from further incidents, replaced all of the glass panes and light fixtures, and gave the building a fresh coat of paint both interior and exterior. The construction workers that were involved in the project were given a payment of $15,000 each, with a letter of recommendations to their construction firms.

I am happy to say that San Fierro City Hall is opened for business, allowing government works to resume after a brief interruption following the riots.
