Glad you're here, and reading this topic.

I'm Quaz with Arts to kill for. Known fact is, that I'm making arts for people. I make it formats as Signatures, Topic design, Avatars and banners. Everything I do is for free and I'm not taking any fee for it.

I've recently notices that many people are now opening a Gallery with an request feature.
I'm glad to see this, and I'm either fully supporting this as Argonath Pictures Forum Moderator.

But as sad side of the good begin, I've either noticed that many of these highly motivated starters with Gallery and request topics are not enough trained/skilled with Photoshop. I'm hereby not trying to be rude against whoever, or offending anyone. But I conclude this by seeing some of those topics, where even the topic owner writes down he's just started with using the program.

Thanks to sad news, came up a good idea.
I've had many support by you fellow guys, when the forum got hacked again, and a lot of work got deleted.
But the sad side is, I've gotten to much work at one time.
Of course I'll and I am working my ass off to get everything finished soonly, but.
I've gotten an idea.

Hereby I'm representing my newest project.
(For those want to skip out the upper part, here it starts if you're just interested in what the title says. :P)

I'm willing to give other community members the oppertunity to help me with my Arts topic/gallery/requesting.
But either giving motivated, hard working and people who're willing to learn,- the chance to learn them how to work with the program. (Photoshop)

Please note, when you're filling out this form, you have to be sure you're willing to learn something, or willing to co-operate with me and with the other team-members. Either you have to be fully going for it.

First a few things to notice before filling out the form.

 - First of all, I've not a idea yet about howmany community members will get into the team. This will be decided while reviewing the interest forms.

 - When I'm finding you're not willing to learn something, or you're showing a bad attitude on the forums, or showing an defending and offesive attitude against other team-members, you'll get instantly kicked out of the team.

 - When you made your forum account, you had to accept with the terms of conduct and rules of the Forum, since you're account is active, it automatic means you agreed to them. If I see you breaking them you'll get instantly kicked out of the team.

 - Flaming, insulting, racistisch comments, arrogant and immature attitudes are not welcomed. If you're showing so, you can expect an instantly kick out of the team.

 - Above stating rules/hints are maybe showing rude, but that are just things I had to write down, to stand stronger in a situation when an team member breaks them. But be ensured, we're going to have a lot of fun together as team and we'll work as a loyal and strong team together.

My reason is stated below also. You already became famous with your great graphical skills, and I would like to get my photoshop to a new level, and help in organizing, helping and solving any misunderstandings regarding signatures and avatars. This will bring a challenge because people have requests and wishes daily, and we would be here to fulfill them.

Both, as I'm modest I consider myself a mediocre photoshoper who knows the basics and the finishing touches, I miss something, but people differ in many things. I am willing to help people and be helped. I'm very much motivated, as I am into art since I was a toddler ( piano, guitar and I write songs), I decided to try it out in photoshop, watched some videos and there, my quest started. I surely want to contribute.

Why should you be part of the team:
When I get my hands into something, there is no stopping till its finished. I am active on forums daily for a couple of hours so I have much time to hang around this board, and I have a need to contribute.

Void, please explain why you were Forum warned for;

On the topic "Need clarification on can't force RP rule" somewhere on about on 8th page Panda wrote of a criminal vs officers relations.
I backed his post up with these words: " Panda is correct". He and I then got warned for biasing, not for flaming/insulting/provoking or something similar. While Gandalf quoted his post on the second page that clearly says "No criminals vs cops discussion". I got involved in the conversation from 4th page and I haven't read the whole topic(Thus missing that quote). So I hope you get the situation now. So I got warned  for my laziness also.
