I cant get in the server is it open for israel port?

hi its 2 days i try to get in the server
the ping is 70-100 its normal.
now i have broders that play too names: rene_elh_gulucan dominik_gulucan.
i dont know way that server stop respond when i try to get in.
i hope you have anser for that.
